Although many people are aware of the Law of Attraction, especially after seeing the movie, The Secret, few people really understand how to use it effectively. 

The Law of Attraction is both easy and challenging at the same time.  

Why do some people understand it while others fail to see any results?

Some people have the ability to go within themselves and shut out the outer world. No matter what others are saying to them or what is going on around them, they have the ability to go within. They trust what that small still voice, otherwise known as intuition, is trying to tell them.

Some people might call them dreamers; others might say they are introverts, but having that ability, is the power it takes to manifest the life of your dreams. 

Albert Einstein used to say: “Imagination is everything. It is the preview of life’s coming attractions.”  Those attractions want you as much as you want them… and as you believe it, you can achieve, acquire, and experience them.

The true secret is that your reality is a reflection of your inner world.  

To be able to manifest your deepest desires you must have total faith in your inner world.  You must become aware of the images that fly by in your mind as you go about your day. The Law of Attraction never takes a break, it is always giving to you what you are focusing on. Where your focus goes energy flows.

As you become aware of your inner thoughts you can begin to control your mind and begin to reprogram your subconscious, ultimately bringing your desires into reality. Then your outside world will not have control over your inner world.  If you do not have a full understanding of how the Law of Attraction works or the nature of your thoughts, you continue to create the same circumstances and old patterns, over and over.

It is best if other people’s disappointments in life do not influence your actions.  

You create your desired reality the moment you become aware of your own ability to raise your vibration and change your thoughts, regardless of what others say is possible or impossible.

The Law of Attraction works, but in order to use it successfully, you must become aware of your thoughts and what you are focusing on. 

Right now…..slow down, close your eyes, focus on your heart, and take three slow deep breaths. Breathe in through your nose and exhale out your mouth. 

Do this any time you feel caught up in the swirl of the outer world or need answers.

FEEL and reconnect to your heart by being present and feeling love.  This will instantly bring you into alignment by connecting you to your heart space
